The Boiler House. 152 Brick Lane, London, UK. E1 6RU

The Boiler House - It is a stunning brick former warehouse dating back to the 1830s. Industrial yet malleable, and with many of its original features intact, the Boiler House is also home to the iconic East London landmark that is the towering 49m Truman chimney. Soaring ceilings, original windows and skylights lend the 10,155 sqft. space an abundance of natural light, whilst mezzanine level and covetable quarry tiled floors make for dynamic layout options for a range of events.

Widely recognised as one of the most unique venues in London, the Boiler House has played host to everything from parties, dinners, exhibitions, pop-up markets and product launches through to conferences and intimate trade shows. The Boiler House also benefits from a large courtyard and walled garden primed for summer evenings and outdoor break-outs alike.

“From the grit and graffiti of Brick Lane, wander into a reverie of Gustav Klimt’s kaleidoscopic artworks. En-route, discover the Austrian symbolist painter’s explorations of the female form, his explosive use of colour and of gold, silver and platinum leaf, enshrined in the masterpiece The Kiss.”

  • Susan A

“The immersive experience was fantastic. I had studied a little about Klimt at school and of course saw “the Kiss” in Vienna, but learnt so much more about Gustav Klimt. Do go and experience it.”

  • S. Adshead

“We have never experienced anything like it before, so did not know what to expect. We both thoroughly enjoyed the presentation, and were in awe of the amount of hard work which had gone into the exhibition. I also liked the virtual reality experience with the headset. Shame we could not have purchased a DVD of the exhibition to watch again. We did buy a pair of mugs. Fantastic event.”

  • Margot S.

“So good to see static art come alive! The movement. The music. The deckchairs. Everything made it a unique experience!”

  • Sam B.

“Everything about this event was brilliant. Well layed out, the displays were amazing and the 3D digital room was mesmerizing, I could have staying in there for hours. I would highly recommend the VR experience too. Overall this was fantastic we loved every minute of it!”
